Payment
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card
- 50% deposit on confirmation 30 days prior to arrival
- Balance to be paid at the hotel
- All credit cards accepted with an additional 3% to cover commission
- Should payment not be received as stipulated, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice
Airport Transfer
- Kindly provide your Bangkok Airways PG Flight Number for pick up service at Koh Samui Airport.
- Airport transfers will be arranged at EUR 8,00 per person per way / EUR 4,00 for children 3-12 yrs
Check-in/-out
- Check in from 14:00, however guests who arrive early will either be able to use their own villa if already available or are welcome to use hotel facilities until check in.
- Check-out by 12:00. Later departures are subject to occupancy, and if we cannot accommodate you longer in your own villa, we will store your luggage while you enjoy the rest of the day.
Children
- Children under 6 years: 2 children sharing a Villa with an adult are accommodated free of charge.
- Children 6 – 12 years: 2 children can be accommodated with extra-bed at 50% discount from extra-bed rate.
- Children’s breakfast charge : 0-2 years = no charge and 3-12 years = EUR 4,00
- Baby cots will be provided at no additional cost
Gala Dinner
- Christmas and New Year at EUR 110,00 per person
- Children 6 – 12 years: at 50% discount.
Complimentary
- Use of the sporting facilities, sauna, swimming pool
- Use of the Fitness facilities
- Beach towels and beach chairs
- Shuttle Service to Nathon and back at fixed hours
Cancellation
- A full refund of deposit paid will be made for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations received 15-30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total accommodation costs
- Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total accommodation costs
- Cancellations received 1-6 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 80 % of the total accommodation costs
- No Show: liable for full payment of accommodation costs
