<ul>

<li>½ cup chopped celery stalk</li>
<li>3 tablespoons nampla (fish sauce)</li>
<li>4 &#8211; 6 oil for deep &#8211; fry</li>

<h3>Method:</h3>
<p>1. Cut chicken crosswise ½ inch. In a wok heat oil, fry the dried chili until crisp.<br />
2. Remove the dried chili and stir in onion and celery stalks. Stir – fry for 2 minutes.<br />
3. Add chicken, nampla, and oyster sauce  and stir – fry for 2 more minutes.<br />
4. Place on a serveing plate. Top with roasted cashew nuts and dried chili.<br />
5. Garnish with green onion and chili.</p>
